Terms of Service
Please read the following rules and terms of the BuxDotCom service very carefully before joining. We've tried to keep them as short and simple as possible so they would be easy to understand and follow. BuxDotCom reserves the right to update this agreement without prior notification to its members. When changes are made to the Terms of Service, a notification will be provided via email or on the BuxDotCom homepage. 1) Sending unsolicited mail to people, asking them to join BuxDotCom without any prior contact with you is not only against our policy, but it is also illegal. We have ZERO tolerance against spamming and if we receive just ONE SINGLE complaint against you for spamming, we first verify that the spam incident did occur and then we suspend your account. Spamming is a violation of the law, and you may be prosecuted for verified spam incidents. 2) You may only have one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be suspended. You should never need another account. If you have forgotten your user information all you need to simply do is request for it to be e-mailed to you. 3) You may refer other people in your household but only ONE member PER computer. You can refer an unlimited amount of people to join the program but you will only earn referral income from those that you DIRECTLY refer because BuxDotCom does not and will not operate in a pyramid structure. You must have a valid e-mail address to register with our program. 4) We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice and your e-mail will be kept to be posted on a future "wall of shame". The reasons include, but are not limited to: fraud, system abuse, hacking, hate speech, slander, or any other actions found unsuitable by BuxDotCom. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are found to be promoting, offering or using any unauthorized third party software or services used to "auto-click", "auto-surf", "ad-alert", or circumvent or defraud the BuxDotCom system in any way, your account will be suspended immediately. Deletion of your account due to any of these violations results in forfeiture of all account balances. 5) All payments are made via AlertPay / E-Gold / Liberty Reserve and no other payment method is being used at this time. Your payment will be processed and issued via AlertPay / E-Gold / Liberty Reserve 20 business days for standard members. You can only request one payment at the time. Each user is responsible for verifying that all address and payment information is correct. Payouts are not, under any circumstances, considered owed to you until you reach the minimum payment level. All accounts requesting payment will be thoroughly audited for cheating and/or deceptive actions. 6) You agree to receive a required weekly mailing from BuxDotCom via e-mail as part of your membership. This mailing will consist of weekly news and updates as well as third party ads. 7) BuxDotCom will not be held liable for failed business opportunities, lost monies, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising from or related to BuxDotCom or this user agreement. All provisions of this section survive termination or expiration of the Terms of Service. BuxDotCom has no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to member accounts or products or services advertised on BuxDotCom. Third party links are viewed at your own risk. BuxDotCom does not express nor guarantee any commitment toward any members, past or present. At any time, at the discretion of BuxDotCom, with or without notice, the program may become unavailable to any or all members. If such termination of the program occurs, BuxDotCom will remain without commitment to members, past or present, of the BuxDotCom program. Additionally there is no representation that the operation of BuxDotCom will be without errors or downtime, and we are not liable for consequences of interruptions or errors in the sites performance. 8) It is the responsibility of each individual to thoroughly research and evaluate any potential purchase of products and services offered on BuxDotCom. This includes, but is not limited to, purchases such as: Premium Memberships, Referral Packages, Advertising, or any other products and services that BuxDotCom may offer now or in the future. You accept full responsibility and liability for any and all purchases made, and any subsequent risk or loss associated with your purchase. All purchases on BuxDotCom are to be considered final and will be non-refundable. BuxDotCom staff will be available to assist with any questions or problems relating to any BuxDotCom product or service and may be contacted at any time. BuxDotCom makes absolutely no guarantee, expressed or implied, in reference to your earning potential resulting from any upgrades, products, or services of any kind purchased from BuxDotCom. None of the products or services offered on BuxDotCom is to be considered securities, stocks, bonds or investment products of any kind. The completion of any purchase constitutes your complete agreement with the BuxDotCom Products and Services Statement. 9) Advertising fees are to be paid via AlertPay / E-Gold / Liberty Reserve. AlertPay / E-Gold / Liberty Reserve accepts all major credit cards, bank transfers. All advertisements must be inspected and approved by BuxDotCom staff. Prohibited advertisements include sites that contain: malicious script or code, viruses, discriminatory or hate-based websites, illegal drugs or pharmaceuticals, or anything found to be illegal in any form. Advertising that is approved should remain unchanged during the course of the active ad campaign. Ads may be disapproved at the discretion of BuxDotCom staff. 10) By joining BuxDotCom, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status - we will not do this for you. 11) Nothing is expressed or implied that creates any type of employment relationship between the general members or advertisers and BuxDotCom. You are not partners, employees, or sales representatives for BuxDotCom. Members have no legal authority to conduct business, solicit offers, or otherwise represent themselves as a partner or employee of BuxDotCom. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. BuxDotCom has the right to terminate this relationship at any time. This Terms of Service agreement is a valid agreement between the registering party and BuxDotCom. By registering your account you agree that you are bound to all stipulations found in this agreement and that you have read and understood all terms and conditions listed. You assume all risks and liability arising from your activities conducted on BuxDotCom. |
